Cancellation Policy
In case of a concert cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the SSO will honor your pre-purchased ticket at the next concert that season. If you wish to use your ticket in this way, please contact the SSO Orchestra Manager so that we can account for tickets to be sold for that future event.
