Sara Michlin is from Whiteford, MD and began playing Violin with the SSO in 2009. She is currently a stay-at-home mom and keeps her household running smoothly.
Why did Sara join the SSO?
Because I love music and wanted to study it through Harford Community College. I picked the SSO as my ensemble credit. Since I started, I have earned my Associates in Music degree. I want to always be involved with the orchestra because it makes me feel proud to be apart of something special. Not a lot of people can play music and I’m happy that I can; especially with a lot of great musicians.”
