Diane L. Sengstacke is currently President of Home Title Company of Maryland, Inc., at 39 E. Churchville Road, Suite 200, Bel Air, MD 21014, incorporated in January, 1991, and Principal in Sengstacke and Evans, LLC, formed in 2001, after being a solo practitioner since 1991. Diane has celebrated 26 years of owning her own businesses.
She has been working in the real estate industry since 1978, when she started as a legal secretary. She continued to work her way up in the business and became a paralegal in 1980, working as a paralegal from 1980 to 1985 during the day and going to law school at night. She has been an attorney since 1985. She ran a title company in Baltimore metropolitan area, and in 1991, she bought the Bel Air branch and formed Home Title Co. of MD., Inc. and Diane L. Sengstacke, Attorney at Law.
Diane loves music, dance, singing, and the arts! She has been performing since she was 4 years old with piano recitals, played cello throughout her school years, has been in many theater companies, dance companies, and A Capella singing groups. She currently is in Upper Chesapeake Chorus, The Philadelphia Freedom Chorus, Bel Air United Methodist Church choir. In the past, she sang with The Welsh choir in Wales and at Carnegie Hall with the Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra. Diane’s husband, Chris Sengstacke, is also very musical, having a Master’s degree from The Peabody School of Music and who has played with the Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra on trumpet and euphonium.
